These new alpha kids seem a little rushed...
Since they are essentially eight characters we already know thrown into a blender, it was always going to seem that way. Don't worry, I have a feeling we won't be seeing them for
too long.
I find it funny how the Scratching of two universes worked out. Alternia was the Village of Smurfs, then twelve nice kids fucked up the game and had to restart; they got a nightmare Spartan world with two dead Jesus-analogues and they wound up replacing their ancestors, but all twelve and twelve were basically the same people, just thrown into different circumstances. Earth was Earth, then it was reset; it's still fucking Earth, and the players just got mixed around.
This act is going to be shorter than Act 5 and include a resolution to all the crazy scratch shit that has been building up. He can't possibly fit these kids into carbon copies of Acts 1-3 and have enough space to resolve all that.
You wish. We're not going to see
anybody we know until the Act 6 finale in about four months; everybody will just be hanging in plot space until we finally catch up to them. Every wave John and Jade and Dave and Rose and everybody goodbye, we'll catch up to them in the Endgame Act.
