Yeah, that's just weird.

I have a feeling that indeed, the planned new parallels are the former guardians, with their roles reversed.

Hehehe, I love the conveniently placed poster covering the blue guy in the back corner of the room.

Also, I spy buckteeth drawings.

Wonder who that exile is and why the Sburb Command Stations now have troll keyboards.

Also, apparently Problem Sleuth is the in-universe MS Paint Adventure, which might mean that Problem Sleuth is running around on post-Sgrub Alternia, if that's a thing that the Scratch affected.

Oh hey, that exile's command station had a troll keyboard! Meaning that it is an exile from the trolls session... Who is somehow the patron exile of a human? Weird. I don't suppose that when the green sun was made, it combined both game sessions into one (Allowing for the trolls and kids to meet up, as long foretold by somebody, I think Karkat?) and making it possible for a troll exile to over see a human descendant of JohnXRose.

sO, tAKING ALL BETS, bOTH UNIVERSES HAVE COME TOGETHER, oR, uMM, sOMETHING LIKE THAT

Also, just to be clear, we all knew already that Jane was the daughter of John and Rose, right? I mean this isn't controversial?

Hmm...

If those new characters were the descendants of the four human kids, then does that eventually explain why the kid's session exists in the first place?

Sleuth Noir? Well, actually, I'm kinda wondering if Problem Sleuth becomes a constant in the new universe's Sburb sessions.

Don't try to pretend you all didn't know this was coming.

I knew this shit would come back eventually.  I always wondered what the fuck that was about, and I bet Hussie did too and just came up with a way to throw it in there.  I gotta admit, he really went all out on "Jane".  I can't wait to see the others, and find out why she has a poster of Dr. Manhattan.

Wonder who that exile is and why the Sburb Command Stations now have troll keyboards.

Here's my prediction: Original Earth Universe was coded as Red, Alternia Universe was coded as Blue, and Hussie stated in all but word that the Kids did not create the Troll universe.  Given that this universe is apparently coded Green (the curtains), I have a hunch.  The Earth universe was "made" chiefly by Karkat, by it's red.  This is the universe the Kids made (paradoxes all up in this bitch), by Jade so it's green.  And the Troll universe will be made by either Jane here or John, so it'll be blue.  The computer is in Daedric Alternian because Sollux programmed the interface, and the lot of them are checking out their universe over his shoulders.

Why a green Ophiuchus symbol is above the monitor I don't know, unless they're using that as a "by your powers combined" emblem.

...God damn did I love hearing that music.  What a fucking moment, right after rewatching Cascade and Lord English for the completeness of it.

Isn't this just the scratch/reset of the existing universe, which is the thing that was pretty much the stated goal for a long time?  It doesn't seem like the universes have to merge in order to move in between them.  If you can just go outside of a universe in the way that Rose did, it may be possible to enter another by a similar method.  To me, the trolls were appeared to be on the verge of doing so, either by accident or design.

Why can't I make sense out of what everyone else is speculating?

Aww shit, you are right! So Jane is John's descendant, like how Karkat is the descendant of The Sufferer.
But... When the Trolls universe got a reset, they got Doc Scratch out of it, who made their race hard and brutal and good with architecture so that next time they would be strong enough to finish the game, right?
New Earth looks pretty much the same, not war torn from some guardian influencing them to the brink of insanity.

Yeah, it looks like it's just Earth, but with shit flipped around like a Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff movie.  The themes stories about fucking with timelines inevitably draw upon.

I stick by my theory that the Kids are watching the universe from outside it via that computer.

Also, just to be clear, we all knew already that Jane was the daughter of John and Rose, right? I mean this isn't controversial?

No, we don't know that.  What we definitely do know is that Jade's penpal, who referred to himself as her "grandson", is definitely in this session (bunny and letter and all that).  It's kinda doubtful that he's actually a blood relative since Jade is probably outside the universe, and is actually a young "Hass" (I wonder what his name will be) who figured out what's going on.  Or something.

Spoiler: It begins. (click to show/hide)

Helps make up for our first full look at Jane being her standing on her lawn, staring blanking up at the sky with one of the comic's derpiest expressions.

Also interesting that she's fifteen years old.  Sburb is not starting on someone's 13th birthday or equivalent thereof, and a full blow teenager still uses the same sprite-format.  Interesting.

Are you saying that the original protagonists the new exiles?

No, I'm saying they're completely outside this universe, watching it.  The same way the Trolls were looking into theirs, probably exactly the same way judging by the computer.  I could be wrong, but that's my theory and I'm sticking to it.

I think the exiles are going to be... Well, let me let my source explain it.

Quote
>Midnight Crew posters at Dave's room
>We get a goddamn Midnight Crew intermission and equivalent Derse agents
>Problem Sleuth posters at Jane's room
>yfw Problem Sleuth, Ace Dick, and Pickle Inspector as Prospit agents, reset session exiles, and the stars of the intermission between Acts 6.1 and 6.2
