Remember, Lord English is meant to be a title, if Doc Scratch is to be trusted on the matter, so he could be a 'J' and be LE.
As for the text, have we ever seen LE speak?
yes, Hover over the top bar for the text.

Yeah. Put your mouse over the banner. LE's green is a very bright green, J's is too dark to fit the bill.

I see... Well LE is clearly what you get for crossing DS with WV.

Yeah, that... after watching Cascade again, that did close a LOT of a plot threads. Honestly I wonder whether PM or Jack will win in their following duel.

It'll be PM. Jack's trying to kill everything on principle, PM specifically wants him dead. Also she's a bit ax crazy.

So, I just realized that the medium planets development paralleling the corresponding towers in the ruins extended further than expected, if you look at what achieved medium entry.

Fashionably late to the party, I've gotten my hands on and watched [S.] Cascade. It's a good flash - arguably the best - and makes for a good climax but not an ending. While it provides closure it (IMHO) doesn't provide enough of it (though I guess that's why Acts 6 and 7 are planned). Not all of the guest artwork meshed well together - and yes, the faces were inconsistent - but it wasn't overly bad this time, at least.

I do have a few questions from it, for those with enough knowledge to answer them:

But seeing as how Jade inherited her dreamselfhoundguide's characteristics, why didn't Dave, and more importantly, why isn't Rose permanently dead? It's been established that as she has no extra dreamself nor any shenanigans with which to ascend, so why this (and why the pale skin)?

Why didn't Dave inherit Davesprites characteristics? Davesprite =/= Dream Dave. It was alternate timeline Dave. They both survived presumably because they used the same kind of reverse-resurrection-asspull technique that Aradia used, since their quest beds were in dreamland. The pale skin is a stylistic choice that Hussie uses all the time.

I just noticed that Dave's God-Tier outfit includes sollerets on his shoes.  That's awesome.

Hmm... You don't suppose that's Jade's ears are part of the outfit do you?  Not like sewn on, but just part of the appearance.  The Trolls got fully functional bug-wings, even though they are not a winged species (normally), and they appeared and disappeared with the outfits.  Maybe when Jade takes off the God-Cloak, the ears disappear.

I do have a few questions from it, for those with enough knowledge to answer them: The two pale figures in the red and purple God Tier are, I assume, God Tier Rose and Dave. But seeing as how Jade inherited her dreamselfhoundguide's characteristics, why didn't Dave, and more importantly, why isn't Rose permanently dead? It's been established that as she has no extra dreamself nor any shenanigans with which to ascend, so why this (and why the pale skin)?

Spoiler: Just because. (click to show/hide)

It's been established that as she has no extra dreamself nor any shenanigans with which to ascend, so why this (and why the pale skin)? Also, seeing as the Alternian universe has presumably been destroyed with Snowman's demise, and that both Dave and Rose seem to have been transported there, have they all been destroyed along with it?

They ascended the same way Aradia ascended. They were on the quest beds located on the middle of Derse's moon, and died when it blew up, like Aradia's dreamself did. That caused them to ascend to God-tier. They are pale because that's how humans are always drawn in this comic, with chalk white skin. They are not in the Troll's universe. They are at the Green Sun.
