Explain to me what the heck just happened.

Scratch keeps Aradia () locked up in a room with a 5th wall. She turned it on and tried to break it, presumably to attempt to escape.

Through the 5th wall, you can see me positioning two 4th walls facing each other, exactly one yard apart. English's coat is still draped over one. I put that there a while ago to obscure Jade's view of me. Remember?

A 4th wall is an object that when broken or compromised, allows an author to interact directly with the audience or characters in the story.

A 5th wall is a partition separating two omniscient narrators, which when broken, allows them to mess with each other.

It is all so, so simple.

Okay, but why did Scratch put her there, and why does she want to esca... oh god.

Why are there never positive implications of Doc's character? Only bad things.

Less than one hour to hear about an update, look at it, make sketches (colored even) and put them on the Internet.  I know there's people who can draw that fast, but it's still impressive and jealousy-inspiring.

I'm willing to take him at his word, since Scratch already shot down any such notion.  As Hussie said, people want this stuff to be a lot worse than it is.  The fact that Scratch has an Aradia-colored bed in there means he was planning on her staying for a quite a while, and that's plenty creepy on its own.
