And now for something not about fedorafreak:

Some Homestuck fans with some musical skill got together and decided to make an album full of Homestuck fan music. Check it out. It's 53 tracks long, I've listened to about 13 and it's pretty good so far. Oh, it's free too, so that's a plus.

Jack and Black Queen wins. So very much win.

So on the matter of my own shitty fanart, this is the most recent hand-drawn thing I've done.

Still wish I had a scanner or something. The quality is terrible. As for the drawings themselves though I'd say this is the best I've done, though that doesn't mean much considering the amazing work that other fans do on a daily basis.

On a different note though I've been looking at something different. Deviantart (which I joined recently for the sake of a friend) has a drawing program that is both free and vastly superior to Paint that I've been using to doodle with. These are the only Homestuck-related things I've done on it so far.

I may have made Gamzee a little too man-pretty.

This being Homestuck, I'm not sure whether that's post-scratch Rose or Vriska with a wig.

Those sketchy lines made me think of this neat little program (Application? Tool? I would call it a gadget or a widget, but I think those words sound kinda stupid.) I haven't thought about in years.

I think I've posted this here before, but I usually use blah blah link. That Zora picture was created entirely with just that. Even the bubbles.
For doodling purposes, I recommend starting by putting the Pressure as high as it will go, and adjusting the Size however you see fit. There's also an offline version something something I'm going to bed now.

Well, I think I might be done with Homestuck. I've spent so much time trying to follow the storyline, and as a casual reader, I've never had a hope of understanding what the hell was going on. I'd need to go through the whole thing with a notebook (a process which I imagine would take several decades) in order to understand it. And reading the chatlogs with all the crazy text is just a nightmare.

It sucks, because I really feel like I would enjoy the story a lot if I could follow it, but it's just too much. For a while I dreaded clicking my MSPA bookmark for fear that there would be another update to wade through. Then a few weeks ago there was an update and I just went "hell with it, I'll read it later." Then I never did. Now there's dozens of updates between me and my last reading session, and I just don't think I can go through with it anymore. I guess I'm done.

Where's that one picture where WV gives PM a note that says "Do you like me? Y N" when you need it?

Okay, would someone mind telling me why everyone depicts Karkat as a female?

Because genderswap fanart is popular and Karkat has lots of fanart?
Because fem!Karkat is just hilarious?

Genderswap is not that surprising, Karkat is not that surprising in that category. The weird thing is why male Karkat always seems to show up in a dress.

Also a fresh round of seeing Dave hate song Karkat. That was a weird like five pages of art to see.
