 Seeing how Vriskas entire thing is a conflict between her character and how she is expected to grow up into, and how the trollcestors are basically what the trolls didn't do, I would believe Karkats ancestor to just not give a single fuck about anything except being an awesome bloodthirsty bastard. No friends he cares about, no interest in romantic relations, just being a good leader. It would fit both themes, seeing as Karkat strived to act like a tough bloodthirsty leader that defied his character.

Nonetheless, among Hussie's greatest acts of Maximum Trolling is the tale of the Cancestor.  He sets up this huge mythology where all the Trolls had kick ass, epic ancestors they're doing a shitty job of living up to (even if that's for the best), and in one sentence hints that ol' Karkles' granddad was fucking Sparticus.  And that's all we'll ever know.

Is a reference to the Penny Arcade forum (probably many different forums actually, but PA is the only one I know of).  People quote posts and then color the text, limed for truth and salmoned for lies.

Well, duhhh.  It was the phrase, "Limed for etc.", that's exactly how they say it over there, in that color.  That's why it's a reference, it's stuff that already exists and makes sense in the story with Jade's color, and he did something with it that was like something else.

 Hussie and a lot of the mods and art team came from the PA forums, the largest circlejerk I have ever seen. Yes, even our cliques are nothing compared to theirs.

 Those forums are also where SBaHJ were born. Really, there is a thread where some bad artist is making a terrible webcomic and he makes the SBaHJ mouth. Hussie makes his own spin on it, making a few of the SBaHJ strips that we see in Homestuck. It's amazing.

 And I lost the link. Bleugh. I should have saved that.

 I have no idea if he still posts there anymore, I have not seem him in the thread nor seen the username he used anywhere else. He was just a troll there from what I could tell. It's the art team that's part of the clique. Although again, to be fair, it's more the SE++(A forum over there like our GD) clique than a MSPA one.

 Fuck this is all getting too meta and smarmy and possibly other words I can't think of at this time at night. I'll just leave some swag and leave.

How long ago was this, that Hussie was a troll at PA?  I know he was originally a trollish presence in somebody else's "suggest an adventure" escapade - is that where it all started?

It makes me like him less to learn that SBaHJ wasn't entirely his own idea.  Knowing :y is not pure Hussnasty makes the whole enterprise feel slightly cheaper.

Aliens aren't humans, so I don't think it's xenophobia. Bestiality doesn't seem to be the word, but I think that's just because they're humanoid. The latter is probably the correct word.
