Blenn Beck. He's an excellent troll. :V
I said sad. OH WAIT

Rose/Kanaya sadarts. Like every other fanartist.
I would except they're so generic that I need a specific situation for them. Otherwise, it would be so generic that I would lose interest. and i've already drawn rose, but kanaya is so boooring to draw

Aradia.
I've drawn one of those already on paper, so I'm not gonna be all that invested in drawing another Aradia for a while. Otherwise, maybe.

And the winner is...
Draw Make Her Pay.
She's drawn in reverse, which most of you wouldn't have ended up noticing had I not pointed it out. Oops. But hey, I've learned something today-- how much fun disembodied limbs are. The answer is a lot.

It's progressing nicely so far. Thanks for them thar suggestions.

Anyone have that sketch of Hussie's gradual degredation in photographs as he's worked on homestuck?

I have another datapoint

Maybe its because I just woke up, but that picture would be awesome with that 420 thing from SBaHJ somewhere in it. haha, stooned.

Failing that, draw Jade.  Jade is always a great person to draw.  Or Feferi, she doesn't get much attention, especially now that she's been dead for months.

I don't know anything about sketches, but I know comparisons.  Bear in mind, this was nine months ago, which is a lot longer than I thought.

The man is disintegrating as we speak.  He went from looking like a guido hitman to a crackhead.  Whatever, whar comic you big-lipped hobo?  Get back to work.

Oh.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
… Judging by the uniform, you’d wager that this guy goes to your school. You ask him why he’s rolling around in garbage, and he responds that he’s being ironic- though from where you’re standing, it looks more like he swerved his bike into the trash bin in order to avoid crashing into the street light.

You also make a note to double check the meaning of the word “irony” when you get to class.

Oh god now I see Teddie as Casey.
Im okay with this.

"Being ironic" is officially the best response ever to the question "what are you doing?"

As long as it doesn't get used too often. After all, we already have the word random.

You're worried that this will be the point where people start using irony too often?

No, I'm worried that it'll progress from "to often" to "nobody ever uses this word in context ever" and then it'll be harder to describe genuinely ironic situations without sounding like a douche to everyone within earshot. Well, okay, more of a douche.
Irony is a good word, and it's hard to find any good synonyms for it. I like having entire concepts wrapped up neatly into a single word because it enriches my vocabulary and it lets me both be lazy and sound smart at the same time, and I don't want to have that be ruined for me.

But this has already happened. That TVTropes page on Irony? They have to spend nearly the whole page discussing EXACTLY what context irony is used in.

The best part about Dave's irony is he always uses it wrong. As Hussie said: "No, that is not in fact in itself ironic. Nice try."

Irony's a funny thing. I can almost never get it to sound right in context.

Also, would you guys help me flesh out some details about a MSPFA I'm working on?

My tip: Ease up on Homestuck references. They've been done to death by everyone.

Relevant?
Quote
Some filmmakers are embracing this idea of movies being designed to be consumed ironically, while other filmmakers are just making shitty movies. And the frustrating thing is that there is no observable difference between the two. Once upon a time, I could finish watching a trailer and my only thought would either be "That was good" or "That was bad." Now, I watch most trailers and I just scratch my head, thinking, "Hey, filmmakers: Did you really mean that? Do you think shooting a movie where Nicolas Cage has sex on a motorcycle while he shoots machine guns is a genuinely good idea, or a patently ridiculous (and therefore 'ironically' good) idea? Is any of this a joke?"

Oh hey, cracked put their own little link in my copypaste.  That's cool cracked.  I was gonna cite you anyway, but that works too.

And, unrelated(maybe?), does anybody have the picture of Equius forbidding Nepeta from roleplaying while Vriska feeds people to her spider?  I saw it in this thread somewhere, promptly forgot to save it, and have no idea what kind of discussion was going on then.
