Very nice. Now I want to know Let's All Rock The Heist's few words :P much harder to understand.
Fix'd.
But I was only able to get certain parts of it, i.e. not the rap part. What I did get are the parts that make me thing CD was singing along with it.
In all seriousness, the lyrics contained within the above spoiler were actually quite challenging to transcribe.

So, the current gamestate for both universes is unwinnable, and yet Hussie's stated the whole point of the series is to make our universe. The human kids were going through what looks like a hard reboot with what sounds like an escape plan to the troll's non-space. Dead trolls have been seen with the witch of life, and two characters have already somehow come back from the dead (Aradia twice, dream!Jade to Jadesprite) and at some point somehow Zillyhoo got to Gamzee and Vriska's dice and some other stuff got to John. Cal is one of the seeds for Doc Scratch, so weird time shit means humans created trolls created humans created.... there's not even a guarantee that all this isn't a failed non-alpha timeline that's been derailed.

My point is, there's a lot of story to go and it practically guarantees this isn't all done for. Don't panic until the entire story is finished.

I still think the troll universe is the result of the Scratch.

I do suppose there is the possibility of Kanpyrism bringing at least Terezi back... but it is a bit doubtful.

After a bit of rereading, I found an interesting interpretation of this scene, which might mean something else entirely... though again it's a stretch at best:

Quote from: a failed-timeline Aradiabot
AA: i believed the fragment was gibberish from a lunatic
AA: after completing his rampage through our session
AA: since it was not part of the scripted chronology i was oblivious until it was too late to stop it
AA: not that it would matter if i did the timeline had already gone astray
AA: i pieced together what had happened by sleuthing the various scenes

There is a chance that the troll-murdering lunatic wasn't Gamzee, and was in fact Bec Noir, which would indicate that the timeline we're viewing is that very failed timeline. I'm not banking on it, but it's a thought.

Lunatic: Moon-minded person. Dogs howl at the moon. Support for the theory? Maybe.

I thought the point of the story was that it was about the game that created our universe, that being the kids' universe. And we already figured out how that happened.

The kids' universe? the barren one with the bomb in the heart of skaia? The session that can't be won because some green sun fueled world guardian mass murderer got loose? Not sure I follow...

EDIT: I re-read the above, and am dumb. I don't think the kids' universe is ours, and if the story were about the trolls' universe, we'd be seeing their session and its breakdown, and the kids wouldn't even be involved until the end. All in all, it looks to me like we're seeing two halves of some big galactic reacharound, and some synthesis between both trolls' and kids' universes lead to this one. But that's just speculation and revolves around a lot of unimportant stuff like how much influence the creating game has on subsequent ones and whatever.

I'm pretty sure the kids created the Trolls' universe though, in an obvious Mobius Double Reacharound.  If that's the case, the kids have to win.

The whole "honk HONK" thing kind of really points at Gamzee, though. Why would Noir suddenly be obsessed about horns?

Anyway, deaths. I wasn't really surprised. Am I really the only one who takes Sollux' doom prophecy seriously? ALL TROLLS are going to die, except Sollux who is going to DIE TWICE. This includes Karkat and Terezi, and always has. And I bet they'll both be coming back as rainbow drinkers or something.

Now, the real question. Is Aradia going to die? She died before the start of the adventure, and her soulbot exploded. Do either of those times count?

Sollux died before he entered the game, and presumably now to Noir.

Please let that be honey...
