I forgot, what does the ticking and tocking herald?  I remember it being mentioned, and being important, but I don't remember when.

That's just the clock in Doc Scratch's parlor ticking and tocking. Beyond that he's still narrating, I don't think its significant.

Maybe Gamzee will view Noir as some kind of motherfuckin miracle, which would explain his love for the creation of Becsprite.

This being Homestuck, I'm not sure whether that's post-scratch Rose or Vriska with a wig.

I guess it's not important, with that glowing trail Vriska left he'll be along to the would-be meteor soon enough.
Excellent work, sir.
Hey, two in a row.  I'm on fire.  Oh god I'M ON FIRE! I'VE INCURRED THE HUSS'S WRATH!
Any speculator can come up with this. It was an immutable fact that we all knew and deserves no credit for being a seer. To predict that Jack would ignore Vriska entirely would bring the status to you, but not this.

I'm not going to lie, an asian Rose seems a little weird. That aside, that is some seriously impressive costume work, serious props to her. It also helps that she's cute.
