Hey, so where exactly are Jack and Vriska? Although Jack's still on the exit platform (with the door drifting off into space), the planet in the background seem more like the Land of Dew and Glass, or the Land of Quartz and Melody.

I'm guessing it's what Skaia looks like after the universe they're supposed to create gets created. With all the lily pads around and how it looks like a pond it's probably where Bilious Slick is squatting.

I only scanned back a couple pages but I wanted to throw out that at this point I'm with you guys. Death is cheap enough that I expect either a) Feferi, Rose, and all the dead folk come back from horrorterror dreamland or b) through some fantastic meta-joke, the paradox clone thing means post-scratch players can hop back into their own universe as themselves and get to restart.

I'm not so sure about this. After Equius' death, Hussie was very clear -- except for being Hussnasty at the end about it -- that there was perfectly enough reason for him to stay dead within the bounds of the story.

Yeah, he's never jerked the fandom around or anything. Ever.

I'm just assuming conservation of detail, there would be no reason to see the dreamland horrors if they weren't relevant, and Feferi was/is the witch of life. Aradia's back from her death by origin story with no explanation (that I recall) so I don't take anything for granted til the next MSPA story is up. Maybe not even then. Just because the session was completed, doesn't mean the setup and rules don't apply anymore, as the game or games are still continuing in some fashion for now, Doc proves that much.

God tiers can't die unless the death is heroic or just. If Vriska cut asunder, then the death won't be as a martyr or be just because it will only lead Jack to the troll's hideout. Vriska can teleport at will, so wherever she re-spawns she can just pop back to jack to fight again. IDK guys she may actually stand a chance.

It is true that if a heroic or justified death is necessary to kill a God, then Vriska could be safe from Jack.  She's done plenty of things to make her a scoundrel, but being killed by Jack wouldn't make that just.  Trying to stop him to prove how awesome she is might count as heroic; trying to stop him because it's the right thing to do would definitely count, but in either case, it's hard to say if she counts as heroic enough to be a martyr.

Either way, if immortality-by-ignominy is a plan (or would even work), it kinda depends on how long it takes to respawn.  Judging by John's corpse laying around bleeding out, it's not instant, and instant is what it would need to stop a guy who can teleport and blow up planets.

G-Guys...I-I-I've collected the URLs of over 50 different pictures, and counting. I've never collected this many imagedump pictures during one search. I can't keep track of them anymore.
Should I post them? Should I wait until it's over? So many pictures... SO MANY. They're clogging up my laptop's figurative arteries like liquid butter, but I can't stop!

 They are fighting over Skaia. It is a vast pool filled with lotuses for which the god frog that is the kids universe was to enter and become the kids universe. It also provides some information on roses ultimate purpose on her planet of cultivating lotuses, for something involving the god-frog.

 Although I do wonder if each of the kids has some hand in this process. Jade is in the special position of breeding frogs to make him, and Rose is theorized to help make Skaia suitable for him, but what purpose does John have with his planet, and what purpose does Dave have with dropping it like it's hot?

Well, assuming the game's hardcoded prophecies don't include anything about Jack, since he wasn't exactly supposed to happen that way...  And none of them sound much like Denizen type stuff.  Maybe John's supposed to... defeat the forces trying to stop the Frog's creation, fomenting a revolution while stamping out little problems, as protagonists are want to do.  And Dave will... actually deliver all the stuff together, to make the summoning actually happen, dropping the album that makes the universe once the Frog is made.

Y'know what, fuck it.  Even Hussie doesn't know what they're supposed to mean.  The banners were just the poems from the "intro" things, and Hussie making up story to fit them as he goes.
