 Imageshack is a possibility, but you need to know the trick. You have to open up the preview image and copy that link.

Is it like a 70MB .png or something?  Resize it yourself and turn it into a .jpeg to save space.

If the resolution is under 1500x1500 or something he shouldn't even have that much of a problem in the first place.  His resolution must be crazy on that image or something.
