Vriska and Gamzee are in cahoots.

CAHOOOOOTS

But yeah, what's to say that Vriska didn't mind-manipul8 Gamzee into writing that? It'd explain the attributes of the smiley displaying both of their typical properties.

Now, what I'm more concerned about is... where the hell did Gamzee go?

It was Vriska's doing all along. She released his inner subjugglator, then repressed it again when his use had ended.

I like the Terezi remix of Upward Movement. Mischievous and melancholic at the same time. Dave's ascent ended in Dave getting his ass kicked in no less than three flashes. I wonder if that's foreshadowing what'll happen here? Sollux' doom prophecy dictates that Vriska lives and Terezi dies.

Of course, I'm still hoping that Terezi will try talking to Vriska before attacking her, and use her Seer of Mind powers to determine that she only killed one of the victims, making her virtually innocent by troll standards.

Also, what Gamzee is doing here is probably how Terezi won all her Flarp games.

The Midnight Crew. So. AWESOME. Though that had nothing to do with the plot, I'm happier for having seen it.

Let's just leave that right there for now, I'll get back to it.

I've had an interesting relationship with MSPA.  I read Problem sleuth up to as far as it had gotten at the time, read the earlier stories, and then didn't come back.  When I finally did come back, I read pretty much all of homestuck that there was, I think I just got to the part where Dave was.  Then I went back and read all of Problem Sleuth.

About a month ago, I started reading it again, starting from the beginning of Homestuck.  There were a couple weeks where my computer was completely broken which slowed me down.  I finished a couple days ago, and oh my god was that awesome.  Actually bookmarked my place since the savegame thing doesn't work to well for me.  I'll prolly read it again in a year though.  Just found this thread, and I'm gonna have to read it all too, already read several pages at the beginning, and the last few to be polite, and it's easily as entertaining as the whole story.

Now then, knowing what I know now, I laughed a whole lot at that single post up there.  So much stuff early on is just silly now.  Also, the first person to guess who had what title was right, and then a bunch of people started saying that that couldn't be right because it was too simple.  I can't wait to get to the silly theories about the trolls.

7 I think, 8 if you count the prototyped harlequinn.
I don't count the prototyped Queen, King, and Jack, because they seem to keep the eye and just gain a scar.

It's weird because losing an eye often means dying of shock and blood loss rather quickly. Not to mention that Vriska, her ancestor, and Spades Slick all lost limbs as well.

Choose your rebuttal:

A) There's been quite a few people in history who lost eyes and lived to flaunt their righteous eyepatches.
B) None of the characters who've lost eyes (or limbs) have been human.  Hussie has specifically stated Trolls are more resistant to shock and blood loss, and the game-people could be too.

Don't forget the millions of imps, basilisks, ogres, liches and other such beings that have been prototyped with the one-eyes harlequin doll and now have one eye. And Jack.

I really didn't like this flash, the use of two different art styles in the same part looks pretty bad at the end there.

Just started reading Homestuck after someone compelled me to do so. Currently on Act 2, with Dave being named and stuff.

This has a pretty weird premise, but it's interesting to say the least.

A quick question, though:

Why the hell do the captchalogues have to use such vexing rules and such? Is there some ulterior plot-related doodad or summat?
