While it does kind of appear that the C is flashing at a different rate, large gifs can display and animate a little funny.  To me, it looks like several letters are flashing out of synch.
I was referring to an oversight in the color of the C's corner in one of the frames. Basically, this (don't worry, people who are afraid their browser will crash if they open this spoiler, it's just a snippet of the image):

I just realized, nobody called update.

*sigh*

I seriously hope this doesn't become relevant in the future.

She probably ends up scratching the disc more.

This... isn't very funny. Its troll factor only comes from how much time is being wasted.

Also, 4/20 = Hitler's Birthday!

I've never seen a birthday so celebrated before.  What a lucky guy.

It should be perfectly safe from any similar kinds of damage while secured in your SCRATCH AND SNIFF modus.

Definitely should have seen that one coming.  Okay Hussie, you can stop being meta now.

I can't wait to see how this little mishap will screw everything up.

Maybe someone caused the scratch and that little CD represents it or at least, that's the first thing that came to mind: an exact (mini-)replica of the Beat Mesa or something.

Poor Gamzee's being blatantly ignored. I wonder how long before he's done waiting and decides to strike.

Hmm... how many more acts, do you think?  It's starting to feel like we're near the end, to me.

. . . Of course, I am suddenly remembering what "near the end" meant for Problem Sleuth, so I may be completely wrong about this.

Hussie has said that there will be 7 acts total, and acts 6 and 7 will not be as insanely long as this one.

I want it to go on forever.  That would probably be a bad idea, though, so I'll just sit here and do a little rereading...

I don't want it to end either. But, look on the bright side. Who knows what other projects Hussie may start up after Homestuck ends? Might be something even better.

Hmm, yeah.  Let us get trolled again and again and again~

I hope he doesn't go off and decide to quit after he finishes Homestuck.  I'm remembering what happened with 8-bit theater after it was finished and the artist wound up syndicated (and, of course, making something I didn't like).  Of course, Homestuck is so idiosyncratic and full of bizarre swearing/trolling/seizure-inducing images that I'm sort of hoping no one will attempt to buy him out.
