You know, the worst part is that he probably isn't even controling the top ad himself. He probably bought adspace on his own site through project wonderful, for 101$ a day, using the merchandise profits he trolled away from his followers.

 I think Hussie has some control over the ads he can put there without having to buy spaces. There is no way all those insane ads for self-surgery and becoming a baby happened by chance.

Actually, the ad service he uses goes to the top bidder for the site (priced by traffic) at any given time period, so you see a lot of weird stuff.
