Okay, what is this?

I know it's from a cartoon, but it looks like the kind of cartoon I would have hated, and I don't remember what the name of it was.

I enjoyed Recess but I actually kind of hate that fanart. It's sort of like when someone makes a really obscure pun and you spend five minutes thinking of what it is, and when you realize just what it is all you can really do is take a sort of seething breath.

I have 783 files saved to my computer in a couple places, but some of them are doubles.  I can't remember the last time I uploaded something to Imageshack, but there's a lot.

I think it may have been after my time is why I don't remember anything about it.  I seem to remember it coming out when I was like 15 or so.

If I know your age right, it's a lot older than that.  I vaguely remember it starting around 2000 or so, because I remember it being old news in 2002.
