Jade's Guardian is Echidna, right? Doesn't the Killer Rabbit have the Quills of Echidna? I think finding the Rabbit is going to be very important.

Stable time loops have to be fulfilled, of which arming the rabbit is one of them. So at some point the kids are going to have to buckle down and fight their denizens regardless of whether the legendary weapons are already floating around or not.

Oh goody, another bunch of prattle about destinies that raises more questions than it answers.  It's possible to sift through all this through past information, and piece together what all is being hinted at.  But it's kinda secondary really, to another of Hussie's favorite tricks - making the reader sympathize with the characters, by inculcating the same sense of demanding frustration from the narration as the characters experience between themselves.

It's a weird feeling.  I don't want the story to end.  But I really want to know.
