 Have you seen adult troll actors for Alternian movies? Of course they have breasts! We have no idea what their biological purpose is, but females do have two round formations on their chests when they grow up. Perhaps they are self-defense explosives in case they ever need to take something out with them.

That's what it looks like, but that's seriously the fabric of her clothes around the knee. What appears to be her breasts are in fact just the edge of her boots and her knee.

Trust me. I pondered this very same issue before reaching that conclusion.

I don't think that she has ever changed it. When something ascends to god teir (from what i know), they get god teir clothing instantly. So god teir clothing for a troll comes with the holes in it already.
