I found the bit where Jack casually slaughters Feferi and Nepeta somewhat horrifying. He's just so quick and businesslike about it.
"Hello." *stabstabstab* *doof*

I think the countdown is towards Aradia's spell expiring and Jack becoming unfrozen in time.

And Vriska... Okay, wow. I was not seriously expecting her to kill Tavros. The callback to the Dave/Bro fight was pretty cool though. And Vriska grinning like a maniac, holding Tavros' severed legs, making a cutting motion... Yeah, the first time I watched the flash, I burst out laughing. The second time, I burst out laughing again. I'm going to make that image my desktop background or something.

Maybe Gamzee is the most important character in the story because he's the last one alive? ._.

Welp, I'd say Vriska renegging her "one free hit" thing when she saw that Tavros actually had the balls to do it marks the beginning of the end for her. Hussie's made it pretty clear just now that she's past "mean character doing good things in bad ways" to "nutty character over the edge," and 'bad' characters never escape his endgame karma.

Another interesting note: Nepeta's dreamself SURVIVED being stabbed in the chest three times by Bec Noir.  Trolls are impressively tough, particularly when at the top of their echeladders.  Planet-wrecking attacks are a bit too much to handle, though.

I may be cropping Vriska's face for my avatar.

EDIT:
Planet-wrecking attacks are a bit too much to handle, though.
Whether Sburb/Sgrub has "invincibility frames" or not is uncertain, but if it doesn't, Aradia survived one.

Yeah, that has to be the best picture of her yet.  It's highlights so many different aspects of her insanity, like a montage in one picture.

Another interesting note: Nepeta's dreamself SURVIVED being stabbed in the chest three times by Bec Noir.  Trolls are impressively tough, particularly when at the top of their echeladders.

That was my thought too.  Okay, so Tavros took his own lance in the "chest" (who knows where he actually keeps his organs) and was thrown into a dark abyss (with no visible effect so far).  He already survived being thrown off a five story-ish cliff, and had his lower abdomen sawed off and replaced by an amateur surgeon just hours earlier (poor guy lost his groin too, damn).  Vriska survived having an arm and eye blown away, and Karkat shrugged off multiple stab wounds without incident.  I think it's pretty obvious by now that Trolls are some durable motherfuckers.

You can thank the good people at the MSPA forums for this revelation. Tavros is probably going to survive. For a while at least. Troll prospit was destroyed when the counter was at 6:12. Then Terezi makes a memo, and Tavros responds 3 hours and 14 minutes after the memo is made. Vriska impales him at 3:14 on the counter. Tavros' response is chronologically, after he got impaled, so he'll survive, and presumbly be well enough to chat with the others. Unless this was a mistake on Andrew's end.
I went through the entire Countdown, but couldn't find the memo, where is it?
