 Hussie wasn't making comics in code. Vriska was speaking in code to be a dick to the readers.

 I dunno. 100% of the fanbase hates Vriska, and 100% of the fanbase loves Vriska. The character is in a weird position, and it's very difficult to tell just what the hell is going on.
