The coin doesn't matter either way. No matter whether she flipped the coin or not, it was Dave's decision that split the timeline (at least according to Hussie's version of this thing). It could have landed on its side, for all it matters. Come on, we've gone over this several times now.

But whichever Dave dies would live on as his dreamself with unlocked potential. As far as I know there's only one common to all these Daves running around. How is it going to work even if Dave does stab him? Does Dave get to swap between his unlocked godself Dave and his normal self when he falls asleep/wakes up? Do two Alpha Daves start running around, acting separately from each other? Does unlocked godself Dave bite it in a hilariously big way, because he's still from a doomed timeline?

There's no clear precedent for how this is supposed to work.

Although this would be an easy enough problem to solve. Feltsuit Dave takes out his Caledscratch, kills Alpha Dave, then commits seppucrow or dies some other way.
