I think John might suddenly learn just what being the Heir of Breath entails. Whether there's actually anything to all those titles or if it's just for fun.

Remember that the oil and clouds were placed by the Denizen. This could possibly help the place out if all the oil is burned away. And it's not like the atmosphere isn't already fucked up.

The only thing worse than fighting an oil and smog producing Denizen is fighting the aformentioned Denizen while it's on fire.

Rose's crystal orb things finally started working. Or she found a single crystal orb that actually works, like how Vriska could beat Doc Scratch.

Wait, what crystal orbs? You mean like the cue ball? Because I'm pretty sure that is (was?) not crystal.

I don't recall Rose having anything resembling a crystal ball. Jade had one, but not Rose.

Yeah, this is some new thing.  But hey, Rose is a wizard now, so it's not like crystal balls would be out of character for her.

______,    =  troo wuv.

Well, it is the only point in the comic's history where he's smiled. But, yeah, it's a bit of a stretch.

Y'know, reading this conversation again made me thing of something.  Jade is the absolute opposite of irony - she's pretty much exactly as literal as John.  She likes crappy cartoons unironically, she does moron stuff unironically, she's a furry unironically.  And yet, until she starts fucking up his apartment, Dave never reacts to her with anything less than endearing friendship, unlike John and Rose whom he mocks at every turn.  Jade even appears to honestly think Dave is as cool as he makes himself out to be and then some.  Or she's the biggest head-gamer of them all.  Point is, she's the chink in Dave's armor, as long as his life doesn't depend on her acting rational.

This is why I should really check to make sure I remember things correctly.

John's house is huge.

I was wondering what that line was.  I thought it was a glitch.  Makes sense now.  I guess the game-planets don't really have climates, since by the law of global-representation, his house must be at LoWaS' north pole.
