Now that I think about it, how did Bro get that thing anyway?  He gave away his rocket-board, and was probably on his way to get it back.  How did he get from wherever he disappeared to from Beat Mesa back to the apartment then on to LoWaS?  I'd ask who stitched Cal back together, but it was probably Bro.  After all, he's been a puppeteer his whole life, and he's kinda half-Rose.
