Equius uses periods (and other punctuation like question marks and exclamation points) when he's rapping or once in a conversation with Karkat in Past Karkat: Wake Up. These are the only exceptions.

Yeah, but the pattern is still hitting enter instead of period. He uses periods whenever he ends a sentence in the middle of a line, which happens almost never due to the mode of communication being instant messaging.

Unanswered questions re: Hephaestus:

-Why does he have an army of giclopes? I thought they were minions of Derse?
-Why is his temple topped with a giant statue of a LOHAC consort?
-Why does he need Caledfwlch?
-Why does he need the Forge? He's in the fucking Land of Heat and Clockwork. (furthermore: What's so special about the Forge and why does each session have one?)
-What does he look like?
-Does he make legendary artifact weapons out of boredom? If so, why does he need (to repair) Caledfwlch? Can't he make another?
-Does he dabble in clockworks? Is he trying to build a steampunk floating city a la Metroid Prime 3? Because that would be awesome. It would be like Dwarven SkyTown.
