So, I'm wondering something.

Is Gamzee seeing spades at Dave or the ICP? I don't really see him as being capable of hatred toward another person, but I could see him hating the blasphemers from the universe he participated in creating.

EDIT: And if this panel doesn't lead into hero mode Gamzee throwing crap around and knocking over tables in doubt or whatever I will be pissed.

Also, my experiences living with potheads have been contrary to yours, so let's say it depends on the particular pothead.

Vriska is right out, for reasons that should be obvious.
Trying to live with Eridan would be a clusterfuck of awkward hate-flirting and attempted genocide.
Karkat would be constantly bitching about everything, except when he's bitching about nothing in particular.
Sollux' bipolar antics would probably get on my nerves after a while.
Nepeta would drag animal carcasses inside and paint the walls with their blood. Other than that, I think she'd be okay.
Terezi... Terezi would be interesting. One morning I'd wake up as a part of some fucked up courtroom larp, with a noose around my neck, and my roommate eloquently addressing a jury of plush toys, presenting some very convincing evidence that I'm guilty of jaywalking or digital piracy or beetle embezzling or whatever. Of course, she's not Vriska, and probably isn't going to actually kill me. Probably.
Equius would plaster the walls with pictures of horse cocks, take every opportunity to remind me that I disgust him and he is better than me by virtue of his superior blood, sweat all the time, and occasionally crush things by accident. He wouldn't actually try to kill me, though. And he'd help me if I ever needed some cybernetic limbs for some reason. And he'd probably keep a robot butler around. Yeah, I don't think he'd be that terrible.
I find Feferi sort of irritating. Probably a tolerable roommate.
Tavros is kind of meh.
Gamzee would try to convert me to his clown religion, leave piles of bicycle horns lying around everywhere, and try to get me to try his sopor slime pies.
All the human kids are pretty okay.
Aradia, post-mortem, is really creepy. Possibly an okay roommate, if you have some tolerance to prophetic visions of doom.
Kanaya's big character flaw is that she's into sparkly vampires. I'm pretty sure I don't mind that. Yeah, I'm voting for Kan.

I really want to read the Dave/Gamzee conversation that happened earlier. This one is great. Also, angry Gamzee terrifies me a bit.

Thing is, I'm worried at where exactly Kanaya draws the line at helping out a friend. Woe betide the roommate who comes back from a shoddy soccer game to complain to her about how his legs just don't do what they're told. That is, if Equius is on hand. The two together, hell no. Otherwise, sure, Kanaya is fine, plus she makes dresses.

I voted for Tavros, provided he keeps his stuff in his room and not everywhere. I could've gone with Dave, provided that there weren't puppets everywhere. After about a week all of those would be melted together in a pile in the city park. Rose is scary, Egbert would probably be okay to the point that I started talking about movies and actually was udmb enough to watch Con Air and claw my eyes out.

It looks like Tavros is only that messy because he couldn't move around well. Now that he has robolegs, there's nothing to worry about except getting your foot crushed to dust by him in terms of roommate quality.

I would have voted Rose but I don't think I could handle being constantly outsmarted. On that note I think I may be able to hold my own with Terezi, mentally. Fight her to a standstill. Not sure I could win though.
