Could be either, really. Predestination is a really big theme in this story, but all the time travel has proven that it IS possible to change the future.

 On one hand Hussie has set up an obvious joke for her to explode soon. On the other hand he just loves to subvert these things. And it would be incredibly awesome if for the first time in paradox space there was an actual paradox in the comic.

I really hope he quits with this ugly-ass art.  It's ridiculous and it makes me want to punch him in the neck and stop reading the comic.  The Earthbound thing was cool but come on, man.

We've only seen Rose, so the distinction is moot.

Just walked around talking to people in the flash again.  I'm going to say it - poor Vriska.  She's being reasonable and relatively friendly, if crazy and irritable, and everyone treats her like shit.  As far is knowable, since the game began, she hasn't done anything antagonistic or otherwise harmful to anyone (except freaking out Tavros on day 1).  She got killed by a vengeful robot ghost that everyone thinks is creepy anyway.  And yet, every conversation with her is just a litany of how much they fear and loathe her.

Okay, yeah, she was a horrible bitch for years.  But surely stepping up the plate once everyone's lives depend on each other, and relatively mellowing out, has to count for something, right?

This is where Duke comes in and tells us she's the devil and can never be redeemed.

On a semi-related note, I'm beginning to suspect Ioric has black intentions for me.  No.  No no no.

If Vriska were actively trying to improve her relationships with the other trolls I would feel sympathy. She's not really trying though. Like, at all.

The only exception is Kanaya, and her giving Vriska the cold shoulder is the only thing that makes me have any sympathy.

I don't want Vriska to stop mistreating people though, because it's hilarious.
