Aqizzar, I think it is a speech bubble. Remember how the god or whatever that Vriska (I think) talked to, how he was all white? I think Karkat is talking to a dark god.

How would Andrew actually respond to a DDoS attack, do you think? I can totally imagine him just ironically taking it in stride. He'd draw some more comics and upload them all at once when the server came back, or do another flash, or just take a vacation. The server would be down for two weeks and he'd pretend to not notice.

Maybe he'd pretend not to notice the very passage of time. He'd carefully offset the dates on all future news updates, and mess with the forum clock, crafting an elaborate fantasy of the whole attack being weird time shit.

What people might not be aware of is that the MSPA site is really a seal over an inter-dimensional portal through which real copies of SBURB will come through if it goes down for more than a day. We should be very, very careful.
