Something tells me that of the 4 kids' worlds, Jack is going after LOHAC first.

Yea, in Jack:Ascend, I think, he fought with Bro on a turntable above magma at one point.

That happened in Descend.

And there was no context of when that happened.

I think it was descend. But anyways, remember SS's fondness for clocks in the intermission?

I did initially think it was descend, but wasn't sure and went to check, its been fixed now.

And there was no context of when that happened.

True.

@Redwarrior: Yea, but that was the Trolls version, no idea if that trait got transferred into the new universe.

Do you people have no idea how a forshadowing-psychout works?  Hussie edited in the giant crocodile shadow, had the face-shot conversation with Dave end on "oh shit", then frame reveals the giant shadow was just another clock, and that Dave is going "fuck" because another Troll is trying to get to him, possibly an extremely angry one if that seizure-bubble of Karkat is supposed to convey the tone of his message.  Really guys, this stuff is not hard to read, it's like a bunch of you have forgotten how visual storytelling works.

My guess is, we're now going to switch over the Jade again.  We've gotten plenty of Dave for the moment, and now would make a terrible cliffhanger spot to jump to another view, which is exactly the point.
Knowing Hussie, he'll probably read this and then stay with Dave just to spite you.

I somehow doubt Hussie reads this thread.

At least I knew you were being sarcastic about Spades Slick loving clocks when he hates them. However, its an alternate version of him in the future on Alternia, so it could have been something that he developed later on.

I doubt it. Why would you begin to hate clocks in the middle of a desert?

For all we know, the Midnight Crew could be 10,000 years into the future on Alternia. The prospitans/dersians seem immortal in the fact that they don't age. Yes they can be killed, as we've seen countless times, but otherwise they don't seem to age or require sustenance.

Edit: Wasn't there a page that showed the Trolls version of Spades Slick stabbing someones computer screen that had a clock on it? I just remembered that there was something about that.
