I don't think Trolls and Humans are a genetically viable pairing.

Although that does raise questions of why Trolls can <3 and :spade: with humans....

 I believe it was said somewhere that the romance between trolls is more of an emotional thing than a physical thing. The intense feelings of whatever quadrant you are engaging in cause a troll to produce genetic material, not some sexual act. I assume. It makes black romances make a bit more biological sense than hate-sex.
