I recall Hussie saying that during early Act 4 the kids had only been playing for a few hours of real time. It probably hasn't been even half a day yet. That said, costume changes are fun woo. I hope John goes back to the blue suit soon, I loved that. The green ecto-wear didn't appeal so much to me.
