Every trolls name, first and last, is meaningful. I'm not sure I entirely believe they were suggestions.

They were all suggestions. Andrew picked the ones that were both cool and meaningful.

The kids were all named by suggestions, too, though there wasn't any obvious zodiac criteria for them.

I read the suggestion thread once. Yeah, they WERE suggestions.

Well, okay, I think Andrew took some liberties every now and then. Like turning "Castor Pollux" to "Sollux Captor". But the meanings were all delivered by people who knew enough ancient mythology and obscure languages to suggest a deep and meaningful name in the few minutes the thread was open.

Either that or Andrew has like thirty sock puppet accounts on his own forums. Having conversations between them could be why he updates so slowly.

Considering how complex Homestuck's story has gotten, I wouldn't be shocked at all if half the people on the MSPA forums were all really Andrew Hussie. Hell, all of us are really either Pathos or Toady One, so it wouldn't be all that shocking.

Now, now - some of us are aspects of the emergent awareness of the forum itself, known more commonly as Footkerchief. I mean, I'm not, but I'm pretty sure some of you are.

Just how much of what happens is still suggestions? 5.1 seemed very specifically planned out.

Hussiemind?  Yeah, wouldn't be impossible.  The guy is full enough of himself to swell into multiple people.

The suggestion threads themselves have closed down since they were kind of completely clogged with suggestions to the point of uselessness. Now Andrew just generally browses the forums for fan theories to implement and concepts to introduce.

Yeah, he said he really only goes to the suggestions for ideas for stupid things to do. It keeps the comic nice and polylinear.
