Remember that John has the bunnykind strife specibus.

Yeah, I forgot to bring that up too.  It was of course abundantly obvious at the time that somehow the bunny would be important, but damn was that a perceptively long time ago.

He needs to wake up soon because he is the one who has to get Jade in, and from the timeline, that is very soon.

Like most aspects of real physics Hussie fobs off, Jade is basically falling out of her tower at the Speed of Plot.  It's entirely possible that John will wake up and log into Skaia and somehow start a connection with her in time to catch her before she hits the ground.

I don't think John will be needed to stop her falling, as she still has the time-manipulating best friend dog around. My bets are on Bec saving her and John getting her in after the fact.

Heh, I love how John and Dad think of each other... but what is that one yellow frame of Dad's thoughts?

It's the yellow Prospit moon that the Prospit kids/trolls have on their fancy clothes.

There is a more important thing here than that.

Granted she tried her absolute hardest and only managed to wake him up. Imagine what Aradia could do.

AFAIK, Aradia is only telekinetic/ able to commune with the dead. So she probably wouldn't need or want to interact with the human world.

She was able to put Sollux to sleep, so I assume some amount of manipulation powers. She just doesn't need to use it because she isn't a BLUH BLUH.

She did more than just wake him up, she -ified his dream self!

How did she go and do that? That's a little beyond the spectrum of mind control.

Looks more like his dream self vanished as he woke up. Which answers the question of what happens to the dream selves when the dreamer wakes.
