Yeah, Hussie basically says on the Formspring that the kids have influenced the trolls' with Rose's GameFAQs page and some other stuff I think, which has influenced the kids' world back as the trolls reincorporate those ideas, and then omg stable time loop. Or stable something loop, anyhow.

Stable... Reality loop?

Anyways, Ahab's crosshairs, Faygo (moon mist is pretty good, but Red Pop... :(), ICP, Tab, Playing Card suits (mutated to be romance), ~ATH, orange creamsicles, etc. All are in both universes, and something inside me tells me that each is left from the other universe's Ultimate Alchemy. Hussie, you have won mother(mind)fucker of the years award.

Where does Lord English come in? or does he just represent entropy and the point many trillions of years in the future when finally the very building blocks of matter cease to exist?

That could explain why he is an ominipotent, immortal, and omniinvulnerable demon, he is a force of nature that makes up the fabric of the universe (or universes), and thus is something that cannot be killed without killing the universe.

That's what people would do, oh he can't have thought this out!  That's impossible!

Bluh bluh.
I still find it incredibly difficult to believe that AH planned any of this out.
I don't.

When a story starts with a kid playing a real-life version of the Sims with his friend, and then suddenly a meteor blows up his house, you start to wonder.

Sure, it seems clear now that a lot of this stuff was planned out but for the longest time it looked like seat-of-his-pants storytelling.
Of course, the meteors are a bad example since he's admitted that wasn't planned out (he pulled it from spec relating to John's posters as foreshadowing)_

Eh, who the hell knows? Lord English could be the creator god of all universes who makes them to eat them later. He could be good, evil, or mindless. Lord English could be the collective of the Felt, with Snowman ensuring that she'll eventually become him or summon him, leading to the death and OMN NOM-ing of the dead universe either way. I think Aqizzar even once suggested that the reader is Lord English.

Poor Karkat. He finally finds his kismesis, who is in a different universe, a different species, and whose culture has no concept of black romance. This is about as doomed as Vriska ♠ Tavros.

Actually, from his perspective I think John appears to feel the same way.  Since Karkat is going backwards through the timeline, he is basically going through the friendship in reverse.  From his side, they've both slowly fallen in hate with each other.
