Still though, Andrew did the whole factor of 10 thing pretty well, what with starting at the planet, solar system, local area, portion of the spiral arm, the galaxy, the local galactic cluster, then Sollux, who I guess is now some kind of god.

Also, if the universes keep getting created, then does that mean Lord English will never show up? Or maybe he just eats one so that the next can come up.

Did anybody else think 'there goes krypton' when it zoomed out to Alternias solar system? I initially thought the sun was Alternia exploding, but then realized it's actually the sun when it went to our solar system.

I don't think you're going to find anything but the most distant hints on how anyone created any universes.  Heck, in one of the memos, Karkat even mentioned Sollux trying to find the (already extant) universe that was interfering with theirs.  I know Hussie likes to backtrack, but this "universe we created" business takes the Asspull of the Year Award as far as I'm concerned.

Yea that was my thought too, I mean, the trolls created our universe and the kids created theirs, its an infinite loop. I wonder what would happen if they actually did manage to get into the new universe instead of getting stuck in a limbo of nothingness?

It might not be OUR earth, but one very similar to it. Nobody has specifically said that the 'red' universe is the one the Kids inhabit.

 I don't think universes are created here, I think this whole ordeal just deals with these two. And I don't think it's as easy as the Trolls creating the human universe.
