Ah, fresh prey.

Part of the problem is that the Trolls session is an unknown amount of time in either the future or the past. They might not even be in the same galaxy either, although there isn't anything to indicate that they aren't in the Milky way, then again, there's nothing to indicate that they are.

I think someone said that the trolls civilization is long dead by the time humans evolved? or something?

You know, Hussie could PROBABLY get away with doing a long ago and far away thing to explain the where and when of the Trolls timeline.

If we're talking about casting choices...
Spoiler: kinda large (click to show/hide)

Also Gurren Lagann hell yes.
It lists John and Dave being switched. As in, they don't have the right guardians.

But lul at the screenwriters being Michael Bay and M. Night Shyamalan. I guess that explains the weird plot and mixed up guardians.
Also Uwe Boll.

It's really ambiguous where Alternia and Earth and the kids' session and trolls' session are temporally compared to each other. You get stuff like Earth is a planet that doesn't exist yet, but then you get stuff like Ahab's Crosshairs being on Alternia. Then you get things like Rose and Kanaya referring to the other's group as predecessors.

It probably doesn't matter. Or it wouldn't if Andrew didn't quit dropping vague hints about this sort of stuff.

I was bored and felt like doodling, so I did my first ever fanart for anything today. I guess that throws me down into the fanboy category and kicks me 'til I can't get up, once and for all.

And then I drew Nepeta and Gamzee just because.

If you sit through the first thirty seconds, this is as talented as it is hilarious.  It also helps to know the slightest stuff about pop-culture, since it's a spot-perfect parody.

I was going to throw in a couple more (lesbian) pics, but screw it.  Let's just bask in the repeatable, exploitable glory of that comic template.

Based on the comment about Earth being a planet that does not exist yet, I'd say that Hivebent takes place A Long Time Ago, In A Galaxy Far Away. It doesn't matter that much, though, since all the time travel is bending the timeline into a Moebius pretzel.

This is awesome! Von Fawn is awesome! :D

As for pics, yesterday I finished one of baby Vriska bludgeoning another baby to death with a rock back in the Trial Caverns. I am declaring this canon, by the way.

So, Alternia could very well be in a parallel universe....

Imagine them doing that as larva then.

I declare troll larva to be capable of beating other larva to death with rocks.

The trolls are act 5.

But you can see them chatting with the kids earlier.
