You guys are missing the best part! Terezi made Vriska pay for blinding her.

I'm pretty sure the slap is the culmination of many years of revenge planning, and is clearly what this entire game has been about.

Let's see. Vriska makes Terezi pay, by controlling Tavros into controlling her lusus into controlling Terezi into staring at the sun. Then Aradia makes Vriska pay, by knocking the stuffing out of her with her robotic strength and psychic powers. And finally, Terezi makes Vriska pay, by gently slapping her. She probably waited by her sleeping body for hours, hand raised.

Well, I see that last one more as Terezi telling Vriska that she forgives her for real. She's been waging a war of passive-agressive nonchalance for a long while now, being grateful for her blindness. A slap means she is acknowledging that she had something to be angry about. And now they're all friends again. Or maybe I'm just reading too much into it.

Oh, and following this general theme, Eridan might have been aiming for Feferi. He really should have just kept trying to talk to Karkat.

Do I have to post these links again?  Yeah, I guess I do.  Kanaya in particular may not make much sense, but since all she's got is the so-implied-it's-not-even implied one-way relationship with Vriska, I guess the shippers take pity on her.

I can't believe there's so much obnoxious dysfunction among the trolls that Hussie can spend an entire flash on them fighting each other largely irrelevant to the main plot of Homestuck. Anyhow, I liked it, even if it was a bit lacking. Watching all the trolls be awesome was fun.

Well, I liked it too. It was fun to see all the trolls fighting, even if some of it was with each other.

And yeah, I really do think there's going to be a more plot specific flash soon. Well, at least I think there will be? He did say he was going to end with a huge flash, and thats not the ending for sure.

Equius and Nepeta knock each other out by accident, and Kanaya faces her Denizen. Gamzee is dicking around, and Eridan and Sollux start to fight over Feferi.

You think that's her Denizen already? They're doing good, but I don't think they kill any denizens until the endgame, which was still about six hundred hours to the future the last anyone checked. There's plenty of huge non-denizen monsters around. Like those things the Guardians fought in Jack: Ascend.

Also, Gamzee is ADVANCING IN HIS QUEST, not "dicking around".

Actually, if you pause it right when Kanaya is shown, you can see its one of those Cyclops, just pretty heavily prototyped.

The upcoming animation will just be six minutes of them making out. Fact.

That would be something wouldn't it?  It'll be like the Horsechorale secret, there will be the normal supra-cool flash that tells just enough of the story to both make sense and fuel speculation, but if you click on the right spot at the right time - six solid minutes of soft-core Troll porn.

Given that Hussie didn't make a news post about it, I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't exactly the end of the act, or the only flash animation.  Or it is, who knows, he's a crazy motherfucker.

And yeah, we still haven't seen Gamzee in Hero mode (although we did get see him lay down some wicked juggling), we haven't seen Eridan's world, and we don't know what his or Gamzee's titles are.  Pretty wicked landscapes and art though, I love that Karkat's world looks like a DooM level.

No, Eridan's been the pansy of the group for far too long. A wildly misguided, outright homicidal quest for vengeance against imagined wrongs against him would be FAR MORE THAN ENOUGH to catapult him straight from least favorite to MOST favorite troll.

He's was kinda already doing that, but he certainly is now.  I for one support watching the Trolls work out their personal grievances Dragon Ball Z style with victory in the balance.

That's all well and good and I like it, but Hussie more or less promised the sky, and certainly hinted that the flash would be the end of the act.  Ergo, I was expecting to see them beating up royalty and discovering the game ending.  This instead basically brings the story about up to before that point.  I think.

On rewatch, noticed that Jack was helping Karkat fight. Heh. He's so likeable when he's not a prototyped monster.

He stabbed a couple imps.  He's not exactly a mobile fighter, although we already learned that he lent Karkat his knife long enough to alchemize some sickles.
