Like Hussie said, originally the kids were going to be ten years old, when he put up the original test-flash intro on April 10th.  He changed his mind about the flash and started over on April 13th, making the kids thirteen years old.  He only realized later that this gave them just enough leeway for the shipping to begin.  Like most things, he considered any retardation it spawned as good as any other publicity.

Jack was created by Skaia, Sburb, Sgrub, or whatever. He's a common element in any session of Sburb no matter what name it's given.

It wouldn't have mattered. The power that makes Jack Noir Sovereign Slayer comes from the Black Queen's ring and the White King's sceptre.

No matter what the kids could have thrown in their kernelsprites, their foes would be immensely powerful regardless.

If you want to attribute blame for making Jack the big bad, blame Jade or Grandpa, whoever was ultimately responsible for creating the bunny and letting it fall into Jack Noir's hands.
