Their dream selves may have features compaired to how they think of themselves, and most consider themselves to be the same as their "real" selves. Terezi is blind, is fine with being blind, and considers herself blind. Aradia thinks of herself as dead, so no dream self exists. Sollux considers himself to really be two people, fiiting with the bipolar disorder he's said to have. Thus, he has a dream self on Prospit and a dream self on Derse.

I'm willing to accept this explanation, considering that Equius' dream self has broken and missing teeth and horns as well.

Although I'm not entirely certain *why* Terezi's dreamself is blind, this would seem to be sufficient evidence that her dreamself is indeed blind.  I'm going with the theory that her dreamself is blind so that her lusus can use her dreams to teach her to navigate without sight.  The fact that Terezi had a lusus which could do this I'm just going to chalk up to "double mobius reacharound" (I.E. time loops), like so many other aspects of Sburb (or Sgrub, as the case may be).
