They just made that crown out of scrap metal a few frames before that. I'd assume the white crown was given in exchange for the package. Wild guess, but the events surrounding the attempt to fake the regicide, and get the parcel from Jack Noir is probably why Wayward Vagabond and Aimless Renegade ended up exiled from Derse, and Wayward Questant and Parcel Mistress left Prospit... possibly why they wound up on future/far past Earth.

Using only his computer, Andrew has done
 what M. Night Shammy failed to do multiple times with a good budget and live actors.

If only he had put Mel Gibson in more of those movies...
