Well, if the future guys represent the kids, it may be on a purely geographic basis. And the one where jade was DOES have a gun(like jade)...

People seem to forget that the Peregrine Mendicant was able to communicate with Jade via a device very similar to what the Wayward Vagabond used to give commands to John.

OK, hold it.  When I said future thing I didn't mean the kids persona in the future!  I meant that they are connected SOMEHOW.  Not SOMEWHO.

And yes, Shy and Intellectual is a disease apparently.

There has been a site overhaul.
Cool, I like it more than the previous.

EDIT:

Music, 3 volumes.  Sweetness.  Oh my god.  AWESOME.

Yeah the overhaul was fairly horrific.

It's so weird... "Explore" sounds extremely similar to a combo of two themes from Final Fantasy IX, i.e. "Crossing those hills" + "You're not alone."

...

I end up wondering if it's intentional.  In any case, I know I'm rereading this over my break to do a deep symbolism-trawl.

Yeah the overhaul was fairly horrific.
The log is now next to the (internet explorer) scroll bar!
The suggestive banner-ads remain though.

Not if you use firefox properly.

I've never seen an ad on that site. At worst one should only have to see each once.

Actually, I managed to find something of interest in the MSPA ads.  Another webcomic, in fact.  One I like.

Yes, it's "suggestive"...  Downright pornographic at times.  But it's also clever a lot of the time, which is what keeps me coming back.

Don't read too much into that last sentence.

There's ads?

Noscript blocks them.  :P

Er, could someone explain what this thread's about? Is it just a general Homestuck discussion thread?

Yeah, that's pretty much it. Although, you can discuss any of the MS piant adventures in it.

Ah. Well, I found the first two extremely funny, and Homestuck extremely epic.

I mean, they're all funny but the last two are more plot-based, you know? Half the stuff is like "You get 17 build grist" or whatnot and it's not as hilarious as the first two.
But my god, Homestuck is so epic it is Lord of the Rings-movie-level epic.

You know, when Gandalf is up on the hill at Helm's Deep and he says, "Theoden King stands alone." and Eomer comes up next to him and says, "Not alone." and then the other guys come up and they charge and oh my god it is so great

It's like that.
