The Midnight Crew are still in the comic pretty regularly, just not as the Midnight Crew. The Felt (aside from Lord English and SnOwman) haven't come back, though.

Still, that theory there doesn't work for all Lusii since Tinkerbull looks too puny to do much damage (unless there is a hidden ability or something) and it doesn't account for the aquatic Lusii, especially G'olybugb.

I don't really remember seeing anything like that though.

I wouldn't say mentally weak since he has plenty of strengths and theres the commune ability of his. Mentally weak compared to the other trolls, yea I guess. Tinkerbull is something of an aberration in that way as well. Although on this page http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=004361 , one of the dead Lusii looks sort of like a frog, but we haven't seen anybody elses Lusii besides the main characters anyway.
