I like Equius! He's my new role model! :D

Then again, there isn't really a single troll I dislike, which I suppose might be evidence of bias.

Oh, and Cthulhu, did you get to the bit with Equius entering? Originally, Andrew took a week's break just  before cutting to Nepeta, so if you want to recreate the authentic sense of suspense, you'll have to pause there for a week, returning every few hours to mash F5 just in case Andrew returned early.

I forget exactly where I caught up, but I didn't have to wait for Equius, I know that. I did have to wait to see the aquatic trolls, though, so I guess somewhere around Kanaya's intro.

You're ooooold.

I'm at the part where Aradia is beating up Equius for being a weirdo.

All this self-referential stuff is making my head spin.  Spidergirl was all "I'll rip out my heart and spill my blue blood blah blah blah" and then Aradia did that, what's the deal bro.  What's the 411.

Andrew Hussie believes in self-reference. Now excuse me while I fondly regard this consternation.

I find Andrew Hussies self reference mad weak.
The same goes for his recursion.

I noticed the, uh.  Dammit.  Every time I actually go to use this word I forget it.  Any other time it's cool, I know ex--EXPOSITION.

That was the word.

Anyway, I noticed the exposition seems a little forced in the troll arc.  It's like the trolls just explain each other's personalities to each other with little or no provocation.

Well he's trying to condense 4 times the story of the last 4 arcs into 1, so it's bound to be a little contrived at times.

Aside from the condensing the story part, the way I choose to read it is, that's how they actually talk to each other.  It's an entire species of melodramatic tools, and they all hate each other, so they love to break down why everyone else sucks.

The actually narration is of course Hussie fucking with the reader, because the harder he abuses his core fanbase, the more they praise him for being so original and outre.  He's the John Lennon of webcomics.

Long answer short - we don't know yet, you're almost caught up.

Short answer long - all that and more.
