A play on leitmotif, a musical technique that Homestuck music uses very effectively.

I know what a letimotif is, I was questioning what possible alternate pronounciation there is.

Yes. The point was that "fightmotif" fits the pun better than "fraymotif". Because "leitmotif" is pronounced "lightmotif".

Yes. The point was that "fightmotif" fits the pun better than "fraymotif". Because "leitmotif" is pronounced "lightmotif".
