Merging any sprite with one of the final bosses would create a feedback loop.

The powers of the prototyped sprite are also conveyed to the ring bearer, because the sprite splits in half once the player enters the incinisphere.  If you prototype the ring bearer with a sprite, this forcibly recombines the sprite. The resulting sprite would be fully prototyped, (thus mature game board), AND also undivided, meaning that any new powers it obtains would not be conveyed to a ring bearer. (having been absorbed.)

So, to destroy "Green sun" boss, merge him with JadeSprite.  this would produce "JackGreenSunJadeSprite", or crash the game.  The resulting sprite should be under Jade's control, since it is the sprite form of her dream self, with added features.

Also-- Fun with the Alchemizer + formula producing camera:  Take picture of unprototyped sprite.  Produce at alchemizer. Hilarity ensues.

Don't see why. There is no feedback loop, AFAICT. The Kernels, which hatch from the sprite when the player enters the game and thus cause the prototyping changes, are stored on the towers, not the ringbearers.

I hope Casey shows up again soon.

Also why is everything always so wonderful? Even when things are grim they're still pretty wonderful.

So if a Time player stole one of the towers in the incipisphere where the Kernels are stored, and brought it back to a time outside the sphere, and prototyped someone else's Kernalsprite with the tower, what would happen when the sprite enters the game?

You mean the cruxtruder? Well I imagine that the ring wearer would gain the ability to shit out dowels, and the team would be down a cruxtruder. Inconvenient, but probably not gamebreaking.

Nonononono. No.
The towers that the Kernel goes to when it splits off of the sprite, the tower that powers the rings. As refered to by XXXXYYYY.
So a space player shrinks the whole tower down to a manageable size, then the time player takes it OUT of the game into the pre-game, and prototypes the Kernelsprite. The Kernalsprite enters the game, splits into Sprite and Kernel, and the Kernel goes to reside in the tower that it would later be prototyped with.

If the players destroy Derse's towers, does that disable the Black King's ring?

Edit: Maybe it's not the case, since Beck Noir and PM still have their powers after their universe was destroyed. Suppose you could destroy them before prototyping using your dream self. Would very likely ruin your battlefield though.

I'd imagine the towers work like transmitters. They receive the kernel and transmit the kernel's information to the battlefield and the rings.

Prototyping the kernel won't really do anything, as if it was prototyped prior to receiving the kernel then the sprite themselves would function as the transmitter, if it was prototyped after then jack fish would happen.
