It is obvious now. Zillywave and Sawhoo are going to use trickster powers to save the kids.
Also, when you think about the lyrics of one of the Squiddles songs, where the evil pirate guy laments about his life and says, at one point, "I need a tangle buddy," combined with the fact that the pirate is a metaphor for Lord English doesn't it seem possible that the kids will defeat English using the power of friendship? The thing that detracts from this is that Andrew Hussie didn't actually make the albums. But still, it would be the ultimate psyche if we got another shoosh-pap instead of the ultimate battle.
