She mostly reminds me of Dream Jade so far. And apparently her (HIS?!?!?) lusus whispers to her, telling her of things to come. Or possibly the Dark Gods of the Furthest Ring do, and she just attributes it to her lusus. Or possibly I am misinterpreting this.

Karkat didn't really explain what moiralliance was. I think Hussie posted later confirming that it belongs to Red Romance and its symbol is a diamond. Probably best friends.
