Putnam's superior Homestuck memory strikes again. Totally forgot about that line.

I was under the impression she meant specific dream bubbles where the two of them could meet in their sleep. Otherwise there would be no real way for her to target her conversation to Jade directly, you know?

Like, dream bubbles are already a thing, but she's asking "Can you create some ones for this specific purpose?"

I assume that the dream bubbles existed before Feferi because of time shenanigans.
Or when the bubbles were created all the dead ghosts popped into existence? But that seems unlikely.

"We" is kind of vague.

Also vague is "series".

Heck, with LE around, even "stable" is getting pretty vague!

There is no time out in that area, remember.

Hnn... doesn't that technically mean that just the stable ones post-date fef? Would insinuate that the phenomena itself was around beforehand, just that individual bubbles (and presumably the dreamers within?) were transient.

Which might tie in a bit with the whole excessive ghost cleaning thing. They might not have been able to linger before Fef talked the wrigglies into mucking things up. Maybe.

There's also the fact that left to their own devices, dream ubbles seem to wander around merging and reforming and reshaping almost randomly.

I thought she was just calling in a couple favours to get them to be less random.

The dreambubbles predated Fef, yes, but that doesn't she wasn't responsible in their creation. Homestuck is full of Weird Time Shit.

Time shenanigans don't exist in Horrorterror country. It's hard to have time shenanigans when time doesn't exist in any logical sense.

And that means everything that happened in the Furthest Ring haven't happened yet, is happening, and have happened.

If anybody's making a timeline for Homestuck, it'd be wise to just ignore the Furthest Ring shenanigans and focus on the time that it affect the main timeline. That or they should stuff the events into a group and explain that these things happened at some point, but it is impossible to know when.

Is Rose building the city, or chronicling all of it in her tome? Both?
