Surely there's a pair of pants they can find somewhere?

Wait, did Jade just make Jack so incredibly large that he couldn't see them, or did she just make him tiny and I'm very confused about the scale of everything?

She teleported him to the border of the session.

This being Homestuck, I'm not sure whether that's post-scratch Rose or Vriska with a wig.

She moved him into the Furthest Ring.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Neither.  She threw him out of the universe.  Like a boss.

Yay! The interesting characters are back!

Though they should have waited another week or so for the new ones to get mercilessly perma-killed first. :(

preview of a (maybe far) future version of Fortbent:

Code: [Select]
-- in-game use only

--Teleports the creature straight up some or to a selected position, depending on the game mode

--relies on plugin that doesn't exist yet, this is here mostly because I like writing code :V
--targets represent what I would like these to be selected with :V
--local target = CONTEXT_CREATURE
--local targetLocation = CONTEXT_LOCATION

targetX = target.pos.x
targetY = target.pos.y
targetZ = target.pos.z
--0 is dorf mode
if gamemode==0 then
local teleportToZ = target.pos.z
repeat
teleportToZ = teleportToZ + 1
until dfhack.maps.isValidTilePos(targetX,targetY,teleportToZ) == false
teleportToZ = teleportToZ - 1
target.pos.z = teleportToZ
end
--1 is adventure mode
if gamemode==1 then
local target.pos = targetLocation
end

I saw the hole in the fourth wall and thought the miniature battleship was going to pierce through Jack's head like a relativistic bullet.

I think that would have been cooler, even if it wasn't fatal.

Well.  This was a long time coming.
I like how Jade isn't freaking out over meeting her sorta-grandpa.  Like she actually understands what's going on and... yeah.  I'm just happy they're back.

I'll admit, that last panel is the first time I've really laughed at this comic in a long time.

A mediocre climax, but a good gag, and seeing Jade again is good for my blood pressure.

I really like the panel where Jack hangs outside the session. Ready to smash into a meteor.

Hot damn. Was Jade always this competent? She's been in the session for less than a minute, and she's already saved her ecto-parents from getting embarrassingly killed by LE Noir. Well, at least the new batch of kids isn't going to be disappointed in meeting their parent figures.
