Unlikely. Remember, Snowman is somehow the Toll universe frog. She's the 8-ball thematically, so the trolls universe tadpole is most likely what is in the 8-ball.

I'm pretty sure it's that universes are thematically linked to 8 balls in general. Lord English's eyes both show the 8-ball at the same time, and he has a very stronk link to a universe (it being shaped for his creation from its very start). Vriska had a thing with breaking 8 balls and a partial result of her actions was the universe getting popped by Jack.
Also because it ending up a mobius double reacharound with no story conclusion would kind of suck. The fight with LE would be pointless and Jake defeating him would not mean anything if everything ended up locked in a loop of infinite loss and retreat anyway.

The first, sort of; I define someone as a shipper if they begin to analyse the existing relationships between characters, discuss the logistics of said relationship, and more importantly defend the ship against other competing ones (Karkat/Terezi 4EVA).
