Probably has something to do with lime blood being one of her ideas, and then some stuff about them creating the trolls.

I'm pretty sure limebloods do exist, it's just that there isn't one among the 12 Sburb trolls. Karkat would have filled that niche, except he was a mutant instead.

I could be getting BtSDLB Fanon confused with canon in my brain though.

Of course, analyzing this, we can assume that cherubs do not have penises, as Calliope seems to have a pretty detailed knowledge of cherub biology, and in this she seems to have no clue what the dicks are.
