I would have been happy to sit through weeks and weeks of pre-scratch universe and also post-scratch ancestor fluff. Oh well. At least we get to focus on the Condesce.

Wriggler was used once in-story, while wiggler is used 12 times, not counting the uses in games (such as mentioning that troll paint is made with crushed wigglers).

I'd say one is a bit more canon :P
